ALTUS AFB 2021
PowerPath Solutions (PPS) LLC provided a TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY for CYNERGY the design of shoulder repairs and the installation of taxiway lighting along Taxiway D. 97 on ALTUS AFB.
PPS provided a qualified Federal surveyor to accommodate very tight control with 8 (BM) being set and 8 (CP ) being set and referenced for use during the construction phase. This included 30.5 acres on a 50’ grid inclusive of grade breaks for accurate contours of the subject area.
- PPS performed 500’-1000 wide cross sections at 50’ intervals with the runway cross sections being 250’ wide and the concrete joints located with elevations throughout the concrete portions of both courses of the design project.
PPS performed site visit(s) for work according to the documents provided and obtained field information for the basis of proposal and workplan to aide in the design project to repair Taxiway Delta shoulders in accordance with the UFC 3-260-02, UFC 3-260-01, UFC 3-270-01, and UFC 3-260-04 and install edge lights on each side of the taxiway in accordance with the UFC 3-53501 and FAA AC 150/5340-30.

LBJ / CADDO NATIONAL GRASSLANDS AND FOREST PARKS
Federal Cadastral Survey
Red Plains Surveying Company was contracted to establish, retrace, mark, post and/or rehabilitate National Forest property boundaries, including monumentation and/or perpetuation of property and controlling corners. The maintenance surveys were also for the purpose of any legal issue arising from encroachment onto Federal Lands.
The Cadastral work is primarily dependent rural boundary surveys for acreage and description, and right of way surveys.
Department of Agriculture encountered a boundary encroachment issue with a property owner on the outer boundary of the Park. Red Plains Surveying worked with them to resolve this to their satisfaction.
